The company’s Board of Directors is composition of multi-talented people from different professions: a Civil Engineer, an Accountant, a Business Consultant, an Architect, an Electrical Engineer as well as a Water Engineer; all these people are determined to ensure that Ugandans in the diaspora get their dreams fulfilled.



Kayondo Everest

Chairman Board of Directors

Everest is the Chairman Board of Directors. He is a renowned management Consultant. He holds a Masters’ Degree in Commerce from the University of South Africa; A Bachelors Degree from the Institute of Teacher Education, Kyambogo as well as a Diploma in Education from Makerere University, Kampala.

Kayondo Everest has served in different capacities: as a Teacher, in Masaka Secondary School;

as Chairman Board of Governors, Bukulula Secondary School. He also served as a PTA Executive Member of Kasasa Secondary School. Kayondo was Board member of Uganda National Chamber of Commerce and Industry; he was also a Board member of Private Sector Foundation of Uganda, Kayondo also served as Board Chairman of Masaka Microfinance for 7 years and finally he also served as a Chairman of Bishop Kaggwa Foundation Forum.

Presently, Kayondo is the Chairman of Kampala City Traders’ Organisation (KACITA-UGANDA), which is a traders’ forum for lobbying and advocacy; he is the Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of Masaka Microfinance, which enjoys a loan portfolio of 7billion Uganda shillings. He is still serving as a member of the Board as well as PTA executive committee of St. Henry’s College, Kitovu. Finally, Kayondo is the Chairman of the Catholic laity who hails from Masaka.

Kayondo is the Managing Director of Ever Based Tours and Travel Ltd.



He holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Technology from Muteesa 1 Royal University, as well as a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Uganda Technical College, Kyambogo. He also has several certificates in areas of Safety Supervisors; Safety of Representatives as well as Safety for Trainers.

Mr. Ssegawa has been in business for the last 10 years. Presently, Mr. Ssegawa is the Managing

Director of SEGKEN SERVICES LTD, a company responsible for distribution of three phase electricity supply.

Ssegawa was also the major distributor of K2 products in the greater Masaka region.


Alice holds a Master of Science in Computer Applications in Accounting which she obtained from London Metropolitan University; she also holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration from Makerere University as well as a Diploma in Business and Secretarial Studies from Nakawa National College of Business Studies. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Tax and Revenue Administration (PODITRA) and in addition she is also a Chartered Certified Accountant.

Alice Janet has served in different positions and in different organisations. She served as an Assistant Administrator in Price Water House Coopers; she was

also an Office Manager in Kakuru and Company Advocates. Alice served as Finance Administrator in a CBO. She worked as Financial Assistant in Kenya Women Association; she further worked as Senior Accountant in Women’s Hospital International. She served as Finance Consultant Manager in Uganda Virus Research Institute. Alice once also worked as head of Finance in Inters witch East Africa Ltd. Alice also worked with New Frontier Technology Consult Ltd as a Financial Controller- Corporate Affairs.

Presently, Alice is the Financial Controller of CAMUSAT Uganda.



Sylvia is the Vice Secretary to the Board. Sylvia holds a Degree in Architecture which she obtained from Makerere University. She has been in the profession for the last 16 years. She is Registered Architect with the Architects Registration Board; she is also a Corporate Member of Uganda Society of Architects.

Sylvia is the Principal Architect with Asuta Design Consultants and also an Associate with Megha Industries Ltd.

Sylvia has designed and supervised several buildings ranging from ugx. 1.2 billion up to 6 billion shillings. She has supervised several construction sites which include both private as well as public sector sites.

Sylvia was formerly working with Infrastructure Design Forum where she used to work as Senior Architect.


Mr. Mpagi Dominic is an Electric Engineer by profession. He worked with Ministry of Public Works for two years before starting his own business. Presently, Mr. Masembe is the owner of an Import and Export company called Solar Bien; he also owns Macssedo Resort Hotel found in Ndeeba Kampala; he is the Managing Director of Appatech Co. Ltd. which specializes in making detergents.

Mr. Masembe is also a Treasurer of Our Telecom, which is a Distribution company in charge of distributing K2 products in Kampala district.

Finally, Mr. Masembe is a Rotarian with the Rotary Club of Lubaga.



Isaac Bakayana

Deputy Treasurer

Isaac is a Lawyer by Profession. He holds a Masters Degree in Law from the University of Warwick, Coventry, England; he also has a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University and a Diploma in legal Practice from the Law Development Centre.

Isaac once served as Managing Partner with M.B. Gimara Advocates (which consequently merged with another firm in order to form the present Arcadia Advocates); he was also Consultant at the United Children Fund, Uganda Child Rights NGO Network; he was also an Acting Director at Uganda Human Rights Commission at Legal Tribunal.

Presently Isaac is a member of the Uganda Law Society, he is also a member of the East African Law

Society as well as a member of the International Bar Association. Isaac is also the Deputy of the East African Law Society Council as well as a member of Appeals Committee of the Uganda Cricket Association, a position he has held since 2015 to the present day.

Currently, Isaac Bakayana is a Partner with the Arcadia Advocates, one of the leading law firms in Uganda; Arcadia Advocates are both Commissioners of Oath as well Notary Public. It is also important to note that the reigning President of Uganda Law Society is a partner with Arcadia Advocates.

Isaac is a Lecturer at the School of Law at Makerere University, a service he has rendered since 2006.

Other Board Members:


Mr. Ogwal holds a Masters Degree in Engineering which he obtained from Imperial College London, UK; he also has Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from Birmingham University UK; Richard also obtained Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance.

Mr. Ogwal has also served in different capacities. Mr. Ogwal was a Structural Designer with Habitant Consultants in Uganda; before serving the same organisation as the Assistant Block Mapping Engineer in Kampala for the National Water and Sewerage Corporation.

He also served as an Area Engineer in Junja, Area Manager Lira as well as Branch Manager of Ntinda

and Kansanga, Kampala of National Water and Sewerage Corporation. He also served as Network Planning and Asset Manager of the same organisation before being promoted to Chairmanship of Water Contracts Committee of the same organisation (NW&SC).

Mr. Ogwal opted for early retirement and worked as Managing Director of United Services Limited which is a construction company.

Presently Mr. Ogwal is the Managing Director of Azuri Limited which again a Construction Company as well as dealing in real estate. He is also a Board member of DIP. Richard is also member of the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers.


Mr. Walugembe is a Board member of DIP. Paul is possesses a Degree from Kyambogo University, Kampala. Paul is a member of the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers. Paul has worked on several construction projects located in different countries, inter alia, Uganda, South Africa and Rwanda.

Paul has worked with several construction companies as a project engineer: these include BSK (PTY) LTD of South Africa, Ministry of Water Lands and Environment as well as Sampar Associates Consulting Civil and Structural Engineers.
